We love our food – and we weren’t satisfied with what was on offer in the market, especially for people who aren’t strictly vegan but want to cut down on their meat intake. So, we said; let’s give this a go ourselves and make plant-based food people will genuinely enjoy!"
"Street Food! We both worked in the industry for many years, running busy food trucks in London. Being around so many great cooks from crazy walks of life, all over the world, was a real privilege. Along with some classically trained know-how (thank you snail-days!), these influences have helped define our menus and recipe creation at PEP to something we feel is truly unique!
Simply, we just want to cook great food where flavour comes first. Our packaging is compostable and recyclable. We are pro freeze; which helps us to reduce food waste and lock in flavour without using unnecessary preservatives."
