Unfortunately there are still a few areas we are unable to reach in the following locations;
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands or the Scottish Highlands.
We’re sorry if our meals can’t reach you yet – please stay tuned to see if any of these locations change. We are still a small business and as we grow bigger we will thrive to deliver further!

We dispatch daily between Monday and Thursday.
From ordering, your meals will be dispatched on the next working day and will remain frozen in that time thanks to our super-amazing-eco-insulated packaging!
If you order on Monday you will receive your PEP bundle box on Wednesday.
If you order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your delivery on Tuesday.
You will be swiftly contacted by DPD when you’re order is in the post. DPD will give you an accurate 1hour delivery slot, and you can track your delivery through their website with your tracker code.
So, you can track your delivery through DPD with your tracker code. You will receive this once your meals are on their way. From here you can request to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place if you think that you might not be in.
Just to make it super clear, the one thing you cannot do is change your delivery date once your bundle box has left our kitchen. As you know, PEP meals come frozen and are on a tight timeline to get safe and cold into your freezers!
Once the meals are on your doorstep make sure you get them into the freezer on the same day.

Yes, once you receive an email or text from DPD you can make changes to your delivery address through them. Changes must be made before your order has been dispatched.
In the rare and unhappy event that something goes wrong with your delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any of your delivery items have been damaged or missing please let us know within 24 hours, send us an email with pictures and as much information as possible so we can try to put it right.
Food left in a safe place on delivery is at the owner's risk, PEP Kitchen is not accountable for any damages to goods left during this time.
We strive to keep our packaging to its bare essentials.
All our packaging is recyclable or home compostable, so you can send back your boxes and gel packs for us to reuse with our partners CollectPlus.
