About Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We provide a next day delivery service with our courier partner across mainland UK.

Unfortunately there are still a few areas we are unable to reach in the following locations;

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands or the Scottish Highlands.

We’re sorry if our meals can’t reach you yet – please stay tuned to see if any of these locations change. We are still a small business and as we grow bigger we will thrive to deliver further!

If you are unsure as to whether we can get PEP to you, please drop us an email to info@pepkitchen.co.uk or fire us over a message on the chat or social media and we can check your postcode on our database.

When do you deliver?

We will deliver your meals by 4pm on your chosen delivery date, you can track your delivery using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation email.

I'm not going to be home, what should I do?

Following the links with your order tracking number you can request your meals to be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in rest assured that the meals will stay frozen in their insulated packaging until you get home.

Once the meals are on your doorstep make sure you get them into the freezer on the same day. If you need to change your delivery date please email at least 48 hours in advance.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders over £50 delivery is FREE

Orders under £50 are £4.99 for next day delivery

There is a problem with my delivery, what should I do?

In the rare and unhappy event that something goes wrong with your delivery please contact us at info@pepkitchen.co.uk or via the chat below

If any of your delivery items have been damaged or missing please let us know within 24 hours, send us an email with pictures and as much information as possible so we can put things right asap.

Food left in a safe place on delivery is at the owner's risk, PEP Kitchen is not accountable for any damages to goods left during this time.

What should I do with my packaging?

We strive to keep our packaging to its bare essentials.

All our packaging is recyclable at home, or you can send back your boxes and gel packs for us to reuse with our partners CollectPlus.
